Jason Stevens	General	Upon approaching the crossing that was just north of the viaduct, the approaching engines were observed creeping slowly northbound which upon closer inspection appeared to indicate that these engines might just have indeed come off the viaduct. However, it is still not completely known if the engines in question, one of which resembles CSXT 7688, actually traversed the viaduct. Further speculation and scrutinization should be performed and is encouraged.	7/6/2010 12:53:11 AM

Scott R. Ikemeyer	General	Given that this is a still photo with no real indication or proof of forward movement, it is entirely possible that the caption is erroneous. In fact, this train could be backing ONTO the viaduct, thus your caption could be considered a carefully constructed ruse to trick the audience into thinking that the CSX 7688 and train (heretofore referenced as "the train") did just exit the viaduct. Lacking further evidence of said exit from viaduct, at best, the train is simply "in the vicinity of the viaduct." While on the subject, and upon further inspection, I see no photographic evidence of a viaduct at all. While I will concede that there is a small bridge under the second locomotive, the structure would not technically be classified as a viaduct, as it appears to be but one span. To wit: "viaduct noun: a bridge for carrying a road, railroad, etc., over a valley or the like, consisting of a number of short spans." Scott R. Ikemeyer	General	So to reiterate, I see no evidence in this photo that would suggest this train is "exiting the viaduct." Your photo titled "Northbound on the Bicentennial Mall Viaduct" would lead your viewers to believe this photo is a likely continuation of events and the next in series, but I am still skeptical of the whole chain of events and need further evidence before I will be fully convinced that this train is in actuality "just off the viaduct."	7/9/2010 11:31:07 AM
